Members have the opportunity to join in field work involving both site recording and excavation. No experience is necessary as training on the job is provided.

How to join

There are thee routes one can use to join CAS:

• Fill in the form below and then purchase the relative membership;
• Download the membership form, return it via email, and deposit your membership funds directly using the bank transfer details; or
• Give the form and payment to a member of the CAS executive.

If you are paying via bank transfer, please include your name in the description. A receipt will be sent to your email to confirm payment on request. 

Entitlements

• Access to a range of publications; 
• Free attendance at prominent guest speaker’s lectures; 
• Free participation in events such as guided archaeological walks; 
• Event notices and news are emailed regularly; 
• Members may join in site visits and fieldwork (no experience necessary!); and
• Participants receive acknowledgement of the skills learned.
